Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $60–$62 per hour, based on experience

What’s a typical day as Senior Recruiter? You’ll be:
- Leading full-cycle recruitment for Human Resources and Legal positions, ensuring ambitious hiring objectives are met within 60-day timelines.
- Attracting top talent and building a strong, qualified candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Conducting pre-screen interviews and managing candidate flow within SmartRecruiters, holding responsibility for requisition management, project tracking, and reporting key metrics.
- Developing proactive sourcing and talent strategies, aligning your approach with industry trends, therapeutic areas, and emerging roles.
- Compiling and presenting market intelligence, including data analytics, talent mapping, and competitive research to business leaders.
- Preparing and evaluating offer packages, ensuring market equity and competitiveness.
- Maintaining compliance with all state and federal employment laws as well as client policies for applicant tracking and reporting.
- Building strong consultative relationships and serving as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (required).
- Have 7+ years of recruiting experience, including recent experience hiring for HR and/or Legal professionals.
- Bring proven expertise in proactive recruiting, sourcing, and stakeholder management, especially at the Director and VP level.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, professionalism, and the ability to instill confidence in clients and executives.
- Have recent experience working with SmartRecruiters or a similar ATS (preferred).
- Possess healthcare or pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience (strongly preferred).
- Are skilled at preparing & approving offer packages and providing equity and market competitiveness data research. (required).
