Job Title: Bookkeeper / Office Support
Location: Rochester, MN (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22–$28/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire


About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Bookkeeper to join our team in Rochester, MN. This is a full-time role where approximately 20–30 hours per week will focus on bookkeeping tasks, with the remainder of the week supporting customer service on the showroom floor and assisting with general office tasks.


Bookkeeping Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll and related payments


  • Track and pay accounts payable


  • Process customer payments and manage accounts receivable


  • Prepare monthly sales tax returns for the State of MN


  • Prepare quarterly 941 returns


  • Handle year-end returns and W-2s


  • Type and email customer estimates and invoices


  • Reconcile bank statements


  • Order office supplies


Other Office / Showroom Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor


  • Provide friendly and timely support to customers as needed


  • Support the team with general office tasks


Qualifications:

  • Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred


  • 1–2+ years of bookkeeping experience


  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities


  • Flexible and adaptable, able to wear multiple hats including customer service and office support
