Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hour

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
- Answering customer and client questions professionally by phone and email
- Handling data entry and transaction processing using computer systems
- Providing outstanding, personable service regarding plumbing products and orders
- Being gradually introduced to the phone aspect of the job as you learn the business
- Supporting a variety of unique customer needs—no scripted responses
