We are currently seeking motivated individuals to work as Order Process Operators in the distribution department of a leading cosmetics company in Sanford, NC. Order Process Operator (Warehouse Associate)
Location: Sanford, NC
Pay: $13.00/hr (weekly pay)
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday–Friday (Overtime and some Saturdays required as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Select, prepare, and palletize items for shipment using established processes
- Pick and pack orders using an RF scanner while maintaining efficiency to achieve KPI goals
- Perform return goods operational activities as required
- Safely lift boxes up to 35 lbs.
- Support multiple departments as needed based on business demands
- Maintain high safety standards and follow all company safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior material handling experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Team-oriented attitude with reliability and strong attention to detail
