We are currently seeking motivated individuals to work as Order Process Operators in the distribution department of a leading cosmetics company in Sanford, NC. This is a great opportunity to start or advance your career in warehouse operations with a trusted organization.

Order Process Operator (Warehouse Associate)

Location: Sanford, NC
Pay: $13.00/hr (weekly pay)

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday–Friday (Overtime and some Saturdays required as needed)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select, prepare, and palletize items for shipment using established processes

  • Pick and pack orders using an RF scanner while maintaining efficiency to achieve KPI goals

  • Perform return goods operational activities as required

  • Safely lift boxes up to 35 lbs.

  • Support multiple departments as needed based on business demands

  • Maintain high safety standards and follow all company safety procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Prior material handling experience is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed

  • Team-oriented attitude with reliability and strong attention to detail
