Job Title: Account Representative
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Position Type: Fulltime


Position Summary:
Arvato is seeking a dedicated Account Representative for our Pleasant Prairie, WI location. This role is responsible for maintaining contact with both internal and external customers, providing requested information, and ensuring seamless communication between the customer and internal teams. The Account Representative ensures that all special customer requirements are executed precisely and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data integrity of all shipments

  • Handle client-specific cases and escalate as needed

  • Fulfill Proof of Delivery (POD) requests

  • Manage resolution of reclamations

  • Communicate effectively and manage escalations

  • Review and adhere to Statements of Procedures (SOPs)

  • Support service providers with inventory management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience

  • SAP and Salesforce experience (preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Flexibility to work overtime as required

  • Must show initiative and adaptability

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Frequent standing, reaching, stooping, and bending

  • Work in a manufacturing environment

Security & Compliance:

  • Adhere to company information security and confidentiality policies

  • Follow data protection guidelines and compliance procedures

  • Report security incidents promptly

  • Use company resources ethically and comply with all codes of conduct
