If you have a strong commitment to construction excellence and a solid background in quality assurance procedures, this is your chance to support critical infrastructure projects and grow your expertise with leading professionals in the field.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Quality Oversight: Assist the Quality Manager in monitoring construction and installation activities to verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry codes.

  • Assist with ITPs: Help develop, implement, and track project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Participate in site inspections and support documentation efforts.

  • Prevent Rework & Mitigate Risk: Actively participate in quality and safety reviews to uphold standards and minimize the risk of rework or warranty concerns.

About You:

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction quality assurance/quality control, preferably in power generation, industrial, or data center projects.

  • Knowledge of QA/QC processes, building codes, and industry standards.

  • Familiarity with AIA contracts, owner specs, or EPC environments is a plus, but not required.

  • Experience working with subcontractors and enforcing quality expectations.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

  • Effective communicator—comfortable working in a team setting and supporting client relationships.

  • Experience with construction management tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is preferred.

Why Join?

  • Project-based role (12–14 months) with opportunities for future assignments on high-profile projects.

  • Onsite in a dynamic, fast-growing data center market.

  • Immediate start available!

  • Develop your skills alongside a talented team shaping tomorrow’s infrastructure.
