Kelly services is partnering with a leading manufacturing who is looking for a QC Document Administrator in Bridgewater, MA. 

  • Pay: $23 per hour 

  • Shift: 7:30-4pm 

Job details:

Responsible for providing administrative support for the company’s quality assurance (QA) system, focusing on document control and data management. Supports site management in efforts to achieve customer requirements and quality objectives.

  1. Oversee DESCO ESD testing and daily compliance for operators.

  2. Collect, report, and distribute monthly test yield, defect, and DPMO data.

  3. Support Quality Management by generating and presenting monthly Quality Performance Metrics.

  4. Conduct Quality and Safety onboarding for new employees.

  5. Manage and maintain Quality Management System training files, including DCO process and retention through SEMS ECM.

  6. Maintain SDS files and ensure compliance with all QMS procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications: 

  1. At least one year of relevant documentation experience 

  2. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) 

  3. Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with teams and management. 

  4. Thorough knowledge of quality practices relating the inspection process including the identification of component values using data sheets and/or visual aids.
