Enabling and Support Technician Level 2 – Junior
Folsom, California
Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm
Hourly Pay: $25/hr W2
Benefits + Paid Time Off

Job Overview and Qualifications:

  • Able to configure test tools and accurately capture the test results.

  • Read, understand, and follow 3rd Party Enabling (3PE) standard operating procedures (SOP).

  • Provide detailed reporting of testing conducted and report results in spreadsheet format to be reviewed by senior technicians.

  • Follow reproduction procedures reported in defects (HSD-ES, IPS, Bugzilla, JIRA, Zendesk) with minimal guidance.

  • Independently build, Setup, and upgrade Platform Hardware for Workstations, CRBs, RVPs, and other customer systems.

  • Bringing up of Platform Firmware and Operating System.

  • Perform basic inventory management of assets being assigned for setup and testing.

  • Run basic acceptance testing for Audio Component Domain.

  • Ability to support international teams, as needed.

  • Shipping Requests for materials to Stakeholders.

  • Deployment of email communications to Internal and External Partners.

  • Mastery of client required safety training.

  • Mastery of client required product knowledge and tech training.
