Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24/hr

Hours: Monday – Thursday 11 am – 7 pm

What’s a typical day as a Temporary Jewelry Sales Associate? You’ll be:

  • Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting the perfect jewelry items.

  • Providing detailed information about the features, benefits, and care of various jewelry pieces.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing jewelry counter at all times.

  • Accurately handling sales transactions, processing payments, and issuing receipts.

  • Ensuring the security of all jewelry items by following proper handling and display procedures.

  • Organizing jewelry displays regularly for a fresh and inviting presentation.

  • Answering customer inquiries and making product recommendations based on their needs and preferences.

  • Assisting with inventory management by conducting stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.

  • Removing merchandise from the showcase in the evening, storing it securely, and returning it to the showcase the next day.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have prior experience in retail sales (jewelry or luxury goods experience is a plus).

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.

  • Are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • Pay close attention to detail and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

  • Can work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

  • Are able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
