Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a General Utility Associate with a leading global manufacturer of transit packaging consumables, tools, and equipment, specializing in strapping, stretch wrapping, and protective packaging solutions.

What’s a typical day as a General Utility Associate? You will:
The General Utility Associate supports facility operations by ensuring timely delivery of materials, maintaining production efficiency, contributing to quality assurance, and assisting with shipping and housekeeping. This role plays a key part in both production and logistics, fostering a safe and orderly work environment.
- Material Management: Supply production lines with materials and packaging as per product specifications.
- Production Support: Operate mixers/production lines. Transfer products to pallets (WIP/finished goods) and build pallets based on output.
- Inventory Tracking: Accurately track produced inventory and document any downtime or disruptions.
- Shipping and Receiving: Unload/load trucks, stage products in assigned areas, and ensure shipments are labeled correctly.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks (visually or with tools) and support ongoing quality initiatives as needed.
- Housekeeping: Keep the workspace clean and organized, following the 6S process.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors to support facility operations.
