About the Role:
Join WiscoLift as an Inside Sales Representative, where you’ll be the main contact for customers looking for overhead cranes, hoists, and rigging solutions. This isn’t just order-taking—you’ll help customers find the right equipment for their lifting needs, provide expert recommendations, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers choose the right crane, hoist, or rigging gear based on technical needs
- Handle quotes and orders for equipment and parts
- Work with major industry brands (like Columbus Mckinnon, Harrington, R&M, Detroit Hoist) to source parts
- Qualify sales leads and coordinate with our outside sales team for larger jobs
- Communicate with manufacturers to get pricing, specs, and lead times
- Manage each order from inquiry to shipment, updating customers along the way
Who We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of industrial or material handling sales experience
- Able to read blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics
- Comfortable with technical terms (like “tons,” “duty cycles,” or “feet per minute”)
- Experience using CRM and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salespad)
- Strong communicator who puts customers first
- Detail-oriented—accuracy is essential in this role
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with overhead cranes, rigging parts, or OSHA 1910.179 standards
- Knowledge of terms like “bridge,” “trolley,” or “runway”
Pay:
- Entry level starts at $20/hour
