Production Associate
Location: Sanford, NC
Pay: $14.25/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00am – 2:30pm (Overtime required)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and flexible Production Associate to join our team. Candidates must be willing and able to work in other areas as needed, including assembly, testing, and final packaging of products. This position operates in a production facility using small hand tools.
Responsibilities:
- Work primarily in the Faucets department, with flexibility to shift to other areas as business needs arise (assembly, testing, packaging)
- Use small hand tools safely and efficiently
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete production tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong attendance and punctuality record; must be able to arrive on time daily
- Comfortable working with small hand tools
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
