Coppell, TX
Direct Hire
Pay: $60,000 – $65,000 annually, bonus eligible
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Peak schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Our client in Coppell, TX is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring service level agreements are met, production priorities are maintained, labor is used efficiently, and quality standards remain high.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure all service level agreements are met in the most cost-efficient manner

  • Prioritize client mailings on the production floor to meet SEC and contractual requirements

  • Monitor production lines to maximize throughput and control labor costs

  • Coordinate resources across departments to improve efficiency while maintaining high quality standards

  • Oversee labor on the production floor to keep operations running efficiently

  • Utilize temporary staffing support to increase or decrease labor based on production volume

  • Delegate work and ensure the right jobs are assigned to the right machines to minimize downtime

  • Monitor and maximize machine throughput

  • Cross-train associates across production operations to improve flexibility and reduce labor costs

  • Plan, monitor, and schedule labor based on workflow demands

  • Prepare the following shift for success by communicating priorities verbally and through daily email turnovers

  • Monitor parts inventory by setting minimum and maximum limits and coordinating with vendors as needed

  • Support preventative maintenance scheduling to help equipment run at maximum efficiency

  • Ensure all operators receive proper technical, quality, and ISO training

Why you’d be a good fit:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience

  • Strong leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment

  • Ability to manage workflow, labor planning, and machine efficiency

  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments

  • Commitment to quality, efficiency, and compliance
