*Position is fully onsite, Mon-Fri 8:30-5 or 8-4:30

Kelly is seeking an Accounting & Order Operations Specialist to work with our client in the manufacturing industry on a direct hire basis! This is an excellent opportunity to join a small and innovative organization that has been a leader in the plant healthcare industry for over 26 years!

The Accounting & Order Operations Specialist will:

  • Report to the VP of Finance

  • Review incoming customer orders for completeness and accuracy

  • Follow up with customers to clarify discrepancies or missing information

  • Accurately enter approved orders into QuickBooks

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders and delivery

  • Generate and distribute invoices

  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due accounts

  • Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts

  • Assist with month-end A/R reporting

  • Process vendor invoices and verify coding/approvals

  • Maintain accurate vendor records and prepare and process payments

  • Assist with A/P reconciliations and reporting

  • Provide basic accounting support for the Owner’s affiliated LLCs and Trusts

  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records and assist with reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and order processing

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)

  • Strong understanding of A/R and A/P processes

  • High attention to detail and accuracy with strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage confidential financial information

  • Professional and customer-focused

Preferred but not required:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Experience working in a small to mid-sized business environment

  • Experience supporting multiple entities (LLCs, trusts, etc.)
