In this role, you’ll work closely with the Floor Lead and production team to keep the line running efficiently, support production goals, and ensure operators follow procedures and safety standards.

If you’re a hands-on leader with bottling or packaging experience who enjoys coaching teammates and solving production challenges in real time, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Work with the Floor Lead to allocate operators and adjust assignments based on real-time production needs.
• Identify bottlenecks and shift resources to maintain optimal line performance.
• Support efficient changeovers and ensure procedures are followed correctly.
• Ensure inspections, verifications, and production documentation are completed accurately.
• Train operators on department procedures, safety practices, and production standards.
• Promote teamwork, urgency, and collaboration across the bottling team.
• Conduct GEMBA walks and standing observations to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste.
• Maintain strong housekeeping and organization through 5S practices.
• Monitor inventory procedures and proper bin-location usage on the production floor.
• Promote safety standards and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Encourage engagement, development, and accountability among team members.

What You Bring
• At least 2 years of bottling line or consumer packaging production experience.
• Strong understanding of bottling line equipment and production flow.
• Ability to interpret and execute the daily production plan.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate operators.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify problems, resolve bottlenecks, and keep production on schedule.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours) and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfortable mediating minor team conflicts and maintaining a positive team environment.

Why You’ll Love It Here
• Competitive hourly pay and stable weekday schedule
• Opportunity to step into a leadership role within production
• Collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement
• Hands-on work in a fast-paced bottling and manufacturing operation
• Career growth opportunities within the production team
