Kelly Services is hiring a Material Handler / Receiving Clerk (SAP) in Farmington, CT!

This role supports internal logistics and production operations by managing material movement, inventory accuracy, and part shortages within the campus. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and comfortable working in SAP to ensure materials reach production areas efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Pull parts and materials needed for production lines 

  • Perform put-away of incoming materials and maintain organized storage areas

  • Process goods receipts and inventory transactions in SAP

  • Record stock movements using barcode scanners and computer systems

  • Support receiving by unloading trucks and containers as needed

  • Deliver materials to work centers using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts

  • Help investigate and resolve internal material shortages or logistics issues

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support 5S workplace organization

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous material handling, warehouse, or receiving experience preferred

  • Experience with SAP or computerized inventory systems strongly preferred

  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay organized with paperwork

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Good communication skills and ability to support production teams

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | 1st Shift

  • $19.00-$20.00/hr | Full-Time | Weekly Pay

  • Location: Farmington, CT

  • Occasional work may take place at Newington, CT
