Shipping & Receiving Associate
Monroe, NC
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in Monroe, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining organized inventory within the warehouse.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.
Prior Shipping & Receiving experience is required.
Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments

Prepare and process outgoing shipments according to company standards

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

Organize materials and products within the warehouse

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
-
Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer or inventory system experience is a plus
