Job Title: Electro/Mechanical Assembler Technician
Pay Rate: $23-25 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm or 7:30am to 4:00pm
Position Overview:
The Electro/Mechanical Assembler Technician is responsible for assembling and testing a variety of electro-mechanical components and systems. This position will also support general warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly Duties:
- Assemble, wire, and test electrical and mechanical parts and systems according to provided blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and safety standards.
- Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy, quality, and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with assemblies as they arise.
- Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and other equipment as required.
- Document assembly processes and results.
- Assemble, wire, and test electrical and mechanical parts and systems according to provided blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and safety standards.
- Warehouse Support:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components.
- Pick and prepare components and products for assembly and shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and stock levels.
- Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and workspace.

- General:
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors for continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly and/or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, documentation).
- Good physical condition; able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Work Environment:
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and manual handling of parts and inventory in a workshop and warehouse setting.
