Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Commercial Operations Support Specialist at one of our Global clients in West Chester, PA.  This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Job Description: In the Orthopedic Industry delivers sales support and act as a key liaison between Field Sales and end user customers, supporting Enabling Technologies and Sales Support teams across Trauma CMF, Spine, Joint Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and support for Account ERP communication.

  • Troubleshoot order entry errors in partnership with Sales Consultants.

  • Serve as a liaison between Field Sales and end user customers within ET SS across Trauma CMF, Spine, Recon, and Mitek.

  • Collaborate with Field Sales Management to continuously improve the surgical case to invoice timeline.

  • Support the adoption and transition of Pre Op and Post Op orders into the Movemedical process.

  • Partner with Field Sales to support strategies that enable sales growth objectives.

  • Provide support for Field Sales systems that drive efficiencies across the end to end sales process.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service and SCCS teams to ensure timely order resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • System Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems preferred.

  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical

  • High school diploma or equivalent
