Global UDI Analyst
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Global UDI Analyst for one of our top clients in Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Global UDI (Unique Device Identification) submissions in accordance with various international regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, validate, and submit data to health authorities using multiple formats (Excel, XML, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Support SAP data management activities, ensuring UDI-related data is properly maintained and integrated.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in health authority sandbox/playground environments to validate data submission workflows.
- Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, formatting, and submission processes.
- Monitor changes in global health authority submission requirements and update internal processes as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Global UDI submissions and regulatory data requirements.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and transformation using Excel, XML, and other spreadsheet tools.
- Previous experience performing UAT in regulatory or health authority submission environments.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Life Sciences, Information Systems, Regulatory Affairs, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in regulatory data management, UDI, or related fields preferred.
