What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
-
Troubleshooting and repairing production machines and facility equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner
-
Performing preventive maintenance inspections and reporting findings to management
-
Completing work orders and updating the maintenance tracking system
-
Identifying and recommending solutions for electrical issues, including drives and PLC-related concerns
-
Ensuring equipment productivity and product quality after repairs, changeovers, and downtime
-
Maintaining inventory of repair tools, parts, and supplies
-
Responding quickly to safety concerns or equipment issues that may put employees at risk
-
Maintaining building systems including utilities, ventilation, plumbing, and housekeeping standards
-
Communicating equipment issues and potential risks to maintenance managers and team leaders
-
Supporting safety policies and contributing to a clean and organized work environment
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
-
Working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and industrial equipment repair
-
Experience with PLCs and drives (preferred)
-
Experience with MIG or arc welding
-
Ability to interpret gauges, tools, and instruments related to equipment performance
-
Forklift experience (training available if needed)
-
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Additional Details:

Location: 7080 Industrial Rd, Florence, KY 41042

Contract: 3 months

Training Schedule:
-
Day shift training for approximately two weeks: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM

Regular Shift After Training:

Night shift: 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM
