Order Selector – Warehouse Associate
Location:
Reading, PA 19605
About the Role:
Join our friendly warehouse team! You’ll work in a clean, safe, and refrigerated environment where everything is pre-packaged and nothing weighs over 50 pounds. We’re looking for new team members—no raw food handling required.
Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
You should be able to work any of these shifts.
Pay Rate:
$16.50 per hour
Work Environment:
- Cool temperatures (warehouse 40°F, freezer 10°F)
- Steel-toed shoes or boots required
- Dress warmly—bring coats and layers
- Lockers are provided for your convenience
What You’ll Do:
- Pick and pack items for orders
- Keep your workspace neat and clean
- Follow safety rules and company policies
- Use power jacks, forklifts, and pallet jack lifts (training provided—test after 2 weeks)
- Use wrist scanners for order picking
- Stack and wrap pallets safely
- Report any damages right away
- Stick to the dress code
What We’re Looking For:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds most of the day
- Comfortable standing for your shift
- Willing to complete power jack training
- Ready to work in a cold environment
- Able to follow instructions
- Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required!
