Overnight Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Location: Macedon, NY area
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Benefits
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:30 PM – 9:00 AM
Looking for a hands-on leader ready to run an overnight production team? This is your chance to step into a Production Supervisor role at a growing food manufacturing facility in Macedon. If you have experience leading teams in manufacturing, packaging, or food production or are currently a Production Lead ready to move up we want to hear from you.
You’ll lead the 11:30 PM – 9:00 AM shift, keeping production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while coaching and developing your team.
We are also open to candidates currently working as Production Leads, Line Leads, or Assistant Supervisors who are ready to step into a leadership role.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support production employees during the overnight shift
- Ensure production schedules and daily goals are met
- Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and staffing levels
- Lead shift meetings and communicate production priorities
- Track production performance and identify improvements
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to support operations
- Coach and support employees to maintain strong team performance
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, or packaging environments preferred 5yrs+
- Previous supervisor, lead, or team leadership experience preferred 2yrs+
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to support floor operations
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
