Kelly Services is hiring for an Administrative Coordinator at ECO Animal Health
Join our global team at ECO Animal Health as an Administrative Coordinator! In this key role, you’ll support R&D activities, manage data and documents, and help ensure compliance with industry standards. We offer excellent pay and benefits, including 401(k) with employer match, health insurance, disability coverage, and generous PTO.
Salary: $52,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Support site R&D activities including budgeting, supply ordering, and inventory management.
- Assist with annual global R&D budget coordination and internal tracking tools.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, staff expenses, and meeting logistics.
- Maintain information repositories in compliance with GCPv, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Support quality assurance, regulatory activities, and audit preparation.
- Assist with study management, collaborator coordination, and agreement preparation.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years office administration experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite; MS Project a plus.
- Experience with financial budgets and purchase order systems preferred.
- Background in medical, healthcare, or veterinary industries desirable.
