Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Inventory / Forklift Required)
Location: Santa Fe Springs / Cerritos ( 90703)
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

  • 1st Shift:
    7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday, plus weekends as needed)

  • Mid Shift:
    9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)
    7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Fridays)

  • Overnight Shift:
    6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday – Thursday)
    Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Associate to support inventory and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on inventory control, put-aways, replenishment, and forklift operation within a facility that handles alcohol products.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform shipping & receiving, including unloading and verifying inbound shipments

  • Complete accurate inventory counts and cycle counts

  • Perform put-aways, placing product into designated warehouse locations (including high-level racking)

  • Execute product replenishment from high-level storage to picking locations

  • Pick, stage, and prepare orders using pick-to-pallet methods

  • Full case picking ( 25-60 lbs)

  • Palletize and shrink-wrap products to ensure safe transport

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including general cleaning and organization of work areas

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

  • Utilize RF scanners, voice picking (Lucas), and WMS systems for inventory tracking

  • Maintain accurate system updates and inventory records

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience required

  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, put-aways, and product replenishment

  • Experience working with high-level racking and pick locations

  • Forklift certification required – NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Experience operating:

    • Stand-up & sit-down forklifts (counterbalance)

    • Reach trucks

    • Electric pallet jacks

    • Equipment Classes I, II, and III


  • Experience with RF scanning, WMS systems, and voice picking (Lucas preferred)

  • Pick-to-pallet experience required

  • SAP experience is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be 21 years or older due to handling and distribution of alcoholic products
