Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Inventory / Forklift Required)
Location: Santa Fe Springs / Cerritos
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: Flexible start time between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (8–10 hour shifts)
Overtime: Saturday as needed
Immediate openings — candidates selected will begin within the next 2 weeks
(must complete our onboarding, background and drug test as well as I-9)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Associate to support inventory and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on inventory control, replenishment, returns processing, and forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform shipping & receiving, including unloading and verifying inbound shipments

  • Complete accurate inventory counts and cycle counts

  • Process RMA/returns, including inspection and restoration (cleaning, re-boxing, re-labeling)

  • Execute inventory replenishment from high-level storage to pick locations

  • Pick, stage, and prepare orders for distribution

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

  • Utilize RF scanners, voice picking, and WMS systems for all inventory movements

  • Maintain accurate system updates and inventory records

  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience required

  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, returns, and replenishment

  • Experience working with high-level racking and pick locations

  • Forklift certification required – NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Experience operating:

    • Stand-up & sit-down forklifts (counterbalance)

    • Reach trucks

    • Electric pallet jacks

    • Equipment Classes I, II, and III


  • Experience with RF scanning, voice systems, and WMS

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
