Put your hands-on assembly skills to work with Signode Industrial Group, a global leader in protective packaging solutions. We’re hiring an Electro/Mechanical Assembler to support manufacturing operations in Roselle, IL.

? Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT available)
? Work Environment: Manufacturing / assembly floor
?? What’s a typical day as an Electro/Mechanical Assembler? You will:
? Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools.
? Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and wiring schematics.
?? Perform alignment, calibration, and mechanical adjustments.
? Conduct product testing, inspections, and quality checks.
? Install electrical components such as switches, sensors, and wiring harnesses.
? Troubleshoot defects and resolve assembly issues.
? Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
? Follow 6S standards and all safety protocols.
? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Comfort using hand, power, and air tools.
Problem-solving skills in a production environment.
? Work Environment & Expectations:
Hands-on manufacturing setting with mechanical and electrical components.
Team-based production environment with quality and safety focus.
In-person assembly assessment required during interview process.
