Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate who will carry out paint tinting and order filling tasks to support our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with all laws and regulations

  • Adhere strictly to quality management, company policies, and procedures

  • Proper use and maintenance of technology and equipment

  • Efficiently use mixing equipment and scales

  • Report any production deviations to supervisors

  • Complete daily assignments on time

  • Maintain effective communication within your team

  • Use internal computer programs (e.g., SAP)

  • Support Lean Management/5S initiatives

  • Observe and report all health and safety issues or improvement opportunities

  • Maintain an organized and efficient work area

  • Perform additional duties as required by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Must complete hazardous waste training within 6 months of employment, with annual recertification

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Preferred: Experience with SAP

  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong customer service orientation

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

  • Ability to perform essential job functions safely

  • Regular, punctual attendance required

  • Frequent walking, standing, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), carrying, bending, kneeling, and reaching

  • Exposure to fumes and hazardous chemicals; must be able to wear a respirator and pass annual respirator fit testing

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day

  • Must understand instructions as provided by supervisors
