Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 DOE

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk? You’ll be:

  • Professionally handling customer communications by phone and email in coordination with your team and other local and global departments.

  • Using your business-proficient Spanish to interact with customers in Latin America, both written and verbally.

  • Independently managing all incoming orders for assigned customers, including order changes or modifications.

  • Coordinating closely with all departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

  • Addressing customer complaints promptly and effectively, collaborating with the sales team and relevant departments.

  • Actively supporting Accounts Receivable Management in partnership with your team.

  • Ensuring accurate information is provided to your team and maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.

  • Consistently utilizing internal computer programs, including Microsoft Office and potentially SAP software.

  • Maintaining flexibility and readiness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the mission of Mankiewicz Coatings.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a high school diploma, GED, or can demonstrate equivalent experience.

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and thrive in customer-facing roles.

  • Have business proficiency in Spanish (must-have) for communication with Latin American customers.

  • Demonstrate excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP software is preferred.

  • Can remain composed under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service.

  • Are willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, and to locations or customers that may require vaccination.

  • Are able to work independently, carrying out assignments effectively within established guidelines.

  • Can satisfy physical requirements, including frequent walking, standing, lifting, bending, and extended periods at a computer workstation.

  • Can interact comfortably in a manufacturing environment, with potential exposure to fumes and hazardous chemicals.
