Kelly is working with our partner company, a world leader in semiconductor and display equipment to hire talented Engineering Technicians to help build, test, and troubleshoot the cutting-edge systems that power our digital future.
Multiple Shifts Available: 1st – 2nd – 3rd
Pay Rates: starting $22-$24/hr (BOE)
Your Role: As an Engineering Technician, you’ll:
- Assemble, modify, test, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems (including electronics, pneumatics, and vacuum assemblies)
- Perform hands-on work building and repairing industry-leading fabrication equipment
- Use schematics, diagrams, and detailed instructions to perform system and component-level testing
- Document test results and procedures to support future innovations
- Ensure safety and follow best practices in cleanroom and manufacturing environments
What You’ll Need:
- 1–2 years of experience in semiconductor, display, technical, or related fields (military experience welcome!)
- A high school diploma (associate’s or technical certifications are a plus)
- Comfort with standing, lifting, working in tight spaces, and wearing PPE in cleanroom conditions
- Team spirit, problem-solving skills, and a passion for hands-on engineering
