Kelly is working with our partner company, a world leader in semiconductor and display equipment to hire talented Engineering Technicians to help build, test, and troubleshoot the cutting-edge systems that power our digital future.

Multiple Shifts Available: 1st –  2nd –  3rd
Pay Rates: starting $22-$24/hr (BOE)

Your Role: As an Engineering Technician, you’ll:

  • Assemble, modify, test, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems (including electronics, pneumatics, and vacuum assemblies)

  • Perform hands-on work building and repairing industry-leading fabrication equipment

  • Use schematics, diagrams, and detailed instructions to perform system and component-level testing

  • Document test results and procedures to support future innovations

  • Ensure safety and follow best practices in cleanroom and manufacturing environments

What You’ll Need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in semiconductor, display, technical, or related fields (military experience welcome!)

  • A high school diploma (associate’s or technical certifications are a plus)

  • Comfort with standing, lifting, working in tight spaces, and wearing PPE in cleanroom conditions

  • Team spirit, problem-solving skills, and a passion for hands-on engineering
