Position: Warehouse Operations Coordinator
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Compensation: $26 per hour
SAP Experience Required

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Pleasant Prairie, offering $26 per hour. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with SAP and will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and process optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.

  • Monitor wave performance and make real-time adjustments to meet operational demands and customer SLAs.

  • Resolve and escalate issues impacting timely order completion.

  • Serve as a key communication liaison among warehouse staff, supervisors, and cross-functional departments.

  • Oversee inventory levels and allocation with operations to meet wave plans and customer requirements.

  • Address and resolve discrepancies or issues regarding wave planning, order fulfillment, and non-workable orders in partnership with Client Services.

  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.

  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Serve as a point of contact for order, system, and material-related concerns.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP and advanced knowledge of Excel.

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Experience with logistics or production processes, preferably in contract logistics.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 lbs., and traverse stairs as required.

  • Able to perform repetitive data entry and to sit for extended periods.

  • Position involves working in a bright, temperature-controlled office within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
