If you enjoy being the person everyone can count on and you like keeping a busy office running smoothly, this role is a great fit. We are looking for a temporary Office Administrator who enjoys variety, is quick to step in where needed, and feels comfortable being at the center of daily activity.
 
This is a temporary role covering a leave of absence from April through August with the possibility of extending. Starting sooner is ideal to allow time for training and a smooth handoff.
 
Schedule and Pay

  • This role is onsite in Eden Prairie, working 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Hours will be between 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

  • Pay range: $24 to $26 per hour.

 
What You’ll Do
You will help keep the office running smoothly while supporting a wide range of administrative needs including:
 

  • Supporting travel and hotel arrangements for employees and candidates

  • Assisting with expense processes

  • Communicating with vendors and maintaining positive working relationships

  • Helping with internal communication posts

  • Preparing for onsite and offsite meetings and events including catering, room setup, beverages, team activities, and clean up

  • Maintaining and organizing shared office spaces and storage areas

  • Managing multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and follow through

  • Covering the front desk as needed

 
What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required

  • Two to five years of administrative support experience within a corporate/professional office setting

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Clear and professional communication abilities

  • Comfort working independently and maintaining confidentiality

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once

  • Experience with Canva is helpful

  • Physical Demands: The employee must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs. while performing the duties of this job. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
