Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $11.25 per hour + direct hire benefits (Medical plan, among others)

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Over time when neccsary

What’s a typical day as Receptionist? You’ll be:

  • Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate extensions

  • Taking clear and timely messages when staff are unavailable, and ensuring proper follow-up

  • Greeting and registering visitors, notifying relevant personnel, and providing refreshments

  • Managing visitor logs and ensuring secure access to facilities

  • Handling correspondence, including stamping and distributing mail to designated staff

  • Supporting the office with administrative tasks such as document transcription, event coordination, and photocopying

  • Assisting with internal and external communications, supporting health and safety protocols, and participating in company activities as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have an Associate Degree in Office Administration or a related field, or at least two years of university studies.

  • Possess a minimum of one year of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative support role (required)

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Excel at providing outstanding customer service and have a professional demeanor

  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Work well under pressure, have strong emotional intelligence, and thrive in a team setting

  • Are flexible and available to work holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business needs require
