We’re seeking a Pilot Line Assistant to work at a premier facility specializing in pilot-scale foam processing and innovation in Tallmadge, Ohio. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
Length of Assignment: 3–6 months

What’s a typical day as a Pilot Line Assistant? You’ll be:
- Implementing a personal safety action plan and participating in monthly safety meetings to promote a safe work environment.
- Manually cutting, stringing up, and stacking foam boards at the extruder line under established safety and quality standards.
- Operating a forklift and attachments (with provided training/certification).
- Assisting with the maintenance and repair of pilot line equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
- Coordinating shipments and receipts of materials, maintaining organized storage, and facilitating timely movement of supplies for pilot plant activities.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and corporate policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have the ability to lift up to 45 pounds and are comfortable working in a physically active role.
- Bring basic knowledge of hand tools and fasteners to support equipment and pilot line maintenance.
- Are teamwork oriented, self-motivated, and efficient with minimal supervision.
- Are adaptable, demonstrate accountability, and respond quickly to changing demands.
