Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $13.50 por hora + Direc Hire benefits, medical plan, among others

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Over time if needed.

What’s a typical day as Coordinator of Advanced Clinical Systems? You’ll be:

  • Coordinating all service requests received via phone calls, text messages, and emails, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Preparing and sending service quotations, verifying service eligibility, and managing client communications.

  • Creating and updating service calls in Salesforce and assigning technicians based on availability, training, and location.

  • Ensuring accurate documentation, managing service closures, and invoicing through Acumatica.

  • Maintaining up-to-date equipment records in both Salesforce and Excel, including preventive maintenance scheduling and compliance.

  • Supporting technicians, sales consultants, application specialists, and management with required service logistics.

  • Coordinating preventive maintenance with clients, preparing quotes for services and parts, and managing requisitions and logistics.

  • Handling contract information and monthly invoicing, as well as specific tasks related to certification instruments.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

  • Possess experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative support—especially in clinical, healthcare, or technical settings.

  • Are comfortable working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Excel.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal in Spanish; basic English preferred).

  • Can manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.
