Kelly Services’ has partnered with a client in Mining Industry to recruit for a 12 month CONTRACT role
Role: Document Controller
Industry: Mining or EPCM
Contract for 12 months
Monday to Friday onsite in Toronto, ON
Pay rate: $37-$40/hour_ 4% vacation pay
Scope of Services and Deliverables
The Consultant shall provide one (1) full-time Document Controller. Services include:
• Document registration, metadata control, and MDR maintenance.
• Workflow processing and review cycle monitoring via META.
• Vendor documentation tracking per VDSS.
• RFI registration, routing, and closure tracking. • Expediting support through overdue reporting.
• Document Review facilitation.
• Data archiving and project close?out document preparation.
Schedule and Delivery
• Service Start: Upon Contract Award
• Duration: Through the completion of the TCM, Goldfield, Kemess, Endako and Oksut Projects
• Key Deliverables: – Weekly document status reports/updates – Monthly overdue document reports – RFI log updates – Vendor documentation tracking reports – Final archival & turnover package
Reporting Structure
The consultant’s Document Controller will report directly to:
• CGI Corporate Document Controller
• Indirect coordination with Project Engineers, Procurement, and Engineering Consultants
Acceptance
• All DMP requirements are adhered to.
• MDR, metadata, and routing accuracy are consistently maintained.
• All reports and logs are updated per schedule.
• Close?out archive package is delivered and approved.
