Join Kelly Services as a Packer Associate – Charlotte, NC (28269)

Kelly Services is seeking dedicated Packer Associates to join our team in Charlotte, NC (28269). This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ample scope for learning and professional growth.

Position Details:
Shift: 1st shift: (7:00AM-2:30PM)
          2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Pay Rate: 1st: $14.88 per hour
                 2nd: $15.88 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package high-quality BIC products, including pens, lighters, and stationery items

  • Accurately pack and label retail products

  • Inspect items to ensure quality standards and correct placement

  • Assemble and palletize boxes for outbound shipment

  • Rotate between production workstations to support team objectives

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Ability to work efficiently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

  • Capable of standing or walking for up to 10 hours per shift

  • Strong attention to accuracy, safety, and teamwork

  • Willingness to start immediately
