Job Title: Assembly Operator – 2nd Shift
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM – Monday-Thursday
Pay Rate: $23.80 per hour

Job Summary:
Join our growing manufacturing team as an Assembly Operator. In this role, you will assemble electronic and mechanical components using standardized work instructions, ensuring high quality and efficiency. If you have good hand-eye coordination and a dedication to continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components according to standardized work instructions, top-level, and sub-level drawings.

  • Manufacture electronic and mechanical part assemblies requiring precision and attention to detail.

  • Read and comprehend manufacturing drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Operating Method Sheets (OMS).

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with 5S principles.

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and support a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and supervisor instructions.

  • Operate small hand tools and equipment as required.

  • Perform a variety of semi-routine duties and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

  • Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
