Kelly, in partnership with a large manufacturing organization, is looking for Lead Maintenance Technician in Chippewa Falls, WI! Our client is adding an additional maintenance lead to their team after internal promotion.
This is a direct hire Lead Maintenance Technician position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
• Lead the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment issues.
• Oversee and assign daily tasks for maintenance staff.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure clear communication and shift handoff updates.
• Support ongoing staff development and training initiatives.
• Monitor and document maintenance procedures and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage direct reports’ performance and attendance.
• Participate in equipment installations and prepare for potential challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
Required Experience:
• Two-year technical degree preferred, with 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, automation, or a related field.
• Background with injection molding equipment, PLCs, robotics, and vision systems is highly valued.
• Familiarity with instrumentation, related software, and brands such as ABB, Fanuc, Epson, Allen-Bradley, Cognex, or Keyence is a plus.
• Demonstrated hands-on skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting, along with strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills; detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently.
