Job Title: Computer Support Associate 1
Location: Moline, IL (Onsite)
Assignment Length: 18 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour
Shift Information: 1st Shift, with flexible start (7:00/8:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM)
Work Environment: Fully onsite; some minimal (less than 5%) travel to other Quad City area locations may be needed for additional support coverage

This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy hands-on IT support, customer service, and process excellence in a large, matrixed headquarters environment.
Position Overview:
As an Infrastructure Support specialist, you will provide onsite deskside Tier 2 support at World Headquarters, handling standard IT processes, asset management, and end user support activities. You’ll maintain technology assets, resolve service requests, and coordinate with external contacts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside Tier 2 support for end users, including imaging computers, replacing printer toner/pickup rollers, asset lifecycle support, and supporting conference room AV equipment
- Resolve trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues by following KB articles and established processes
- Perform routine tasks such as disposing of outdated assets, updating assets in Asset Center, and handling facilities administration requests
- Create and maintain documents and records (contact lists, process logs, inventory/service records, problem reports, customer updates, exterior ship orders)
- Monitor equipment and supplies, schedule routine maintenance, and interact with suppliers for ongoing operational support
- Recognize problems with processes/operations, resolve with documented solutions, and escalate issues as needed
- Apply general technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues in accordance with procedures
- Use Microsoft Office and other desktop applications to support daily activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals
- Experience supporting AV/Conference Room technology (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, intranet/internet functions
- Understanding of computer security policies and concepts
- Familiarity with agile methodology
- 1 year or more IT experience preferred (recent college graduates with relevant skills will be considered)
