What’s a typical day as a Logistics Specialist II? You’ll be:

  • Processing pick tickets and material requests by pulling, issuing, and transporting parts to support manufacturing and distribution operations


  • Operating material handling equipment and company vehicles to move materials between departments and designated locations


  • Unloading, inspecting, and documenting incoming freight shipments


  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through proper data entry using systems such as SAP or similar ERP software


  • Coordinating material flow to support production schedules and urgent customer needs, including AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requests


  • Handling, transporting, and preparing shipment of Dangerous Goods in accordance with DOT and FAA regulations


  • Ensuring compliance with brand protection and material handling standards


  • Communicating discrepancies and following up to resolve inventory or shipment issues


  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment


  • Supporting cycle counting, inventory control, and inventory audits using handheld scanners


  • Participating in Lean, safety, and sustainability initiatives


  • Performing additional logistics and inventory-related duties as required


This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • High School Diploma or GED


  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations


  • Experience operating a sit-down or upright forklift


  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or similar inventory management software


  • Experience with inventory control processes, including picking, kitting, and material transfers


  • Ability to work in environments that may include freezer storage areas


  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

  • Location: Tulsa, OK 74117


  • Shift: Second Shift (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM)


  • Employment Type: 48-month contract


  • Certification required to operate material handling equipment and meet company training standards
