Location: Johnstown, CO 80534
Schedule: Sunday 11:30am–8:00pm, Monday–Thursday 3:00pm–11:30pm (Overtime Required)
Pay: $28.00–$30.00/hr (Based on experience)

POSITION SUMMARY
Kelly® is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Operations Supervisor (2nd Shift) for a direct hire role in Johnstown, CO. In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll manage Material Handlers and Operations personnel, drive department performance, and ensure top-tier productivity and safety in a fast-paced environment.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership and direction for assigned personnel through effective goal setting, delegation, coaching, regular feedback, and recognition.

  • Conduct interviews, participate in hiring, and provide thorough training for new team members.

  • Support and enforce safety programs, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Assist and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Lead regular team meetings to communicate policies, procedures, and performance expectations.

  • Ensure outstanding customer service and clear, effective communication.

  • Supervise receiving processes: check in products accurately and stock appropriately.

  • Oversee loading operations: pick and load products for daily and special deliveries while optimizing space and product safety.

  • Coordinate returns processing: inspect, count, and restock returned merchandise; manage paperwork and outbound freight for vendor returns and warranty products.

  • Oversee unloading of customer or inventory transfers from corporate warehouses.

  • Operate power equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.

  • Serve as backup driver as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands to handle objects or controls.

  • Ability to reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, taste and/or smell.

  • Must occasionally lift up to 80 lbs (with team handling for heavier items, such as tires).

  • Specific vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
