- Monitor master production schedules and compare production vs. actual results
- Support S&OP processes and supply-demand alignment activities
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for supply chain improvements and cost efficiencies
- Communicate regularly with plant operations and internal stakeholders to proactively address supply chain risks
- Assist in executing supply chain improvement initiatives and projects
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP planning tools
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in production planning, material planning, demand planning, or inventory management
- Experience working within manufacturing or batch manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of finished goods demand planning and supply scheduling
- Experience working with SAP ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-plant operations
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Understanding of batch manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOL) and production scheduling workflows
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details
- Duration: Contract to hire
- Compensation: Up to $36–$37 per hour
- Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote after onboarding)
- Team Environment: Corporate supply chain team of ~16 members supporting multiple manufacturing plants
