Kelly services is partnering with a leading vacuum metalizing company who is looking for a Tooling & Cleaning Technician in East Bridgewater, MA. 

  • Pay: $16.50 

  • Shift: second & third 

Responsibilities:

  • Use the stripping schedule board to determine and follow tooling stripping priorities.

  • Meet with your supervisor at the start of each shift to review tasks and expectations for the shift.

  • Inspect all tooling before loading into burn-off ovens or caustic/cold stripping interiors, ensuring no customer parts, wingnuts, or tape are present.

  • Always use required PPE, replacing it as necessary.

  • Maintain burn-off and degreasing areas in a neat, clean, and organized manner.

  • Follow OJT (on-the-job training) and all safety/best practice protocols for cleaning/stripping processes.

  • After rinsing, bring fixtures to the production floor supervisor for cleanliness inspection before moving them to the drying oven.

  • Complete and log all required information in the daily shift report and any other necessary logs.

  • Fill out and adhere to stripping process cards to ensure correct tooling distribution.

  • Operate sandblasting equipment safely and efficiently for surface cleaning and preparation.

  • Review and follow the degreasing process card for customer parts cleaning.

Qualifications: 

  • 1 year of relevant work experience 

  • Knowledge of ITAR, ISO 9001, AS 9100 and ISO 13485.
