Job Posting: International Order Management Specialist

Location: Chelmsford, MA
Salary: $25 – $30 per hour

Job Summary:
In a hybrid role from our head office in Chelmsford, MA, you will be a key part of the International Order Management team. This position is ideal for a customer service professional interested in establishing themselves in a matrix environment. Specific Order Management experience is not required; extensive training will be provided.

Essential Functions:

  • Review, enter, and fulfill international customer purchase orders, including Intercompany and Mission in Motion order types.

  • Process orders received using a cloud-based ERP System.

  • Review purchase orders for accuracy in part numbers.

  • Process RMA, Credit, and Bill Only requests.

  • Resolve order-related issues with customers and/or sales personnel.

  • Create Pro-Forma invoices as needed.

  • Manage the order pool and review backlog on a daily basis.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs from both a product understanding and ordering perspective.

  • Document unique customer requirements and ensure communication with responsible parties.

  • Supply Logistics with necessary documents to expedite the shipping process.

  • Work closely with District/Region Sales Managers and their teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Skill Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of customer service experience.

  • Proven experience with Excel for weekly reporting; familiarity with a CRM system is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Oracle export documentation is advantageous.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to multi-task, comprehend complex configurations, and follow up effectively.

  • Must be able to travel to the Chelmsford office a minimum of 3 days a week.
