Pay Rate: Starting at $23/hour
Schedule Options:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday + every other Thursday

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday + every other Thursday
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety standards

Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications
-
Perform basic troubleshooting and report any mechanical issues
-
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
-
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE

Keep work area clean and organized
-
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
-
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
