About the Role

Position: International FP&A Manager (Contract)
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid)
Schedule: To be discussed during interview, may vary from what is listed
What You’ll Do:

  • Lead global finance and R&D budgeting and forecasting

  • Manage international regulatory reporting

  • Conduct financial analysis for Europe and Asia markets

  • Deliver financial insights and support process improvements across the finance function

  • Collaborate closely with a variety of business leaders

  • Utilize advanced Excel and ERP skills

  • Play a key role in delivering financial results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required (Master’s or MBA preferred)

  • 7+ years of relevant FP&A or accounting experience

  • Strong background in healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing sectors (product-focused)

  • Extensive hands-on experience with financial modeling and large ERP/forecasting tools

  • Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator
