About the Role
Position: International FP&A Manager (Contract)
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:
- Lead global finance and R&D budgeting and forecasting
- Manage international regulatory reporting
- Conduct financial analysis for Europe and Asia markets
- Deliver financial insights and support process improvements across the finance function
- Collaborate closely with a variety of business leaders
- Utilize advanced Excel and ERP skills
- Play a key role in delivering financial results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of relevant FP&A or accounting experience
- Strong background in healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing sectors (product-focused)
- Extensive hands-on experience with financial modeling and large ERP/forecasting tools
- Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator
