Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.50/ hr

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
- Delivering consistent, proactive service as the first point of contact to address customer needs
- Collaborating with external customers and internal partners to create customer-centered solutions
- Entering orders accurately and maximizing every opportunity to “sell” to the customer
- Building close relationships to develop trust and obtain market insights
- Leveraging training and tools to support a waste-free environment and eliminate non-value-added activities
- Operating with integrity and adhering to personal safety action plans
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a high school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Have previous customer service experience (phone or in person) in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Are able to multitask, limit distractions, and remain professional on the phone
- Possess good computer skills with fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (SAP experience and supply chain knowledge a plus)
- Exhibit strong oral, written communication, and listening skills
- Demonstrate adaptability to change management initiatives
- Have supportive team spirit and a problem-solving mindset
