Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00/hour
Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

What’s a typical day as Administrative Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Coordinating Product Field Action (PFA) Executions according to defined strategies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Overseeing and managing all field-related activities scoped within PFA Executions.

  • Ensuring all PFA Executions comply with regional regulations—primarily focusing on US customers and FDA guidelines.

  • Handling direct communication with customers by calling and emailing to inform them of product field actions and executing the defined strategies.

  • Maintaining PFA execution tracking, documentation, and timely reporting to management to update the status of ongoing field actions.

  • Serving as a team member supporting global regulatory and quality processes within a cross-functional PFA team.

  • Have previous experience in administrative coordination, regulatory affairs support, quality assurance, or related fields (must have).

  • Are detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills (must have).

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills—both written and verbal (must have).

  • Are comfortable making regular customer outreach via phone and email (must have).

  • Are familiar with FDA regulations or medical device industry standards (preferred).

  • Have a customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements.
