What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Associate? You’ll be:
- Aligning, calibrating, and executing test methods of varied complexity according to operational plans and customer demand.
- Reading, comprehending, and following established work instructions and procedures with a strong emphasis on quality.
- Executing the daily production plan while ensuring due date conformance and adherence to quality standards.
- Training to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and following engineering drawings, work orders, and FDA requirements.
- Assembling components and troubleshooting issues, escalating as necessary.
- Assuring compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.
- Working cooperatively with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend quality and process improvements.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Training new team members and maintaining accurate records of production and work status.
