What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Associate? You’ll be:

• Aligning, calibrating, and executing test methods of varied complexity according to operational plans and customer demand.
  

• Reading, comprehending, and following established work instructions and procedures with a strong emphasis on quality.
  

• Executing the daily production plan while ensuring due date conformance and adherence to quality standards.
  

• Training to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and following engineering drawings, work orders, and FDA requirements.
  

• Assembling components and troubleshooting issues, escalating as necessary.
  

• Assuring compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.
  

• Working cooperatively with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend quality and process improvements.
  

• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
  

• Training new team members and maintaining accurate records of production and work status.
